The early history of this building remains somewhat of a mystery. Built originally as two homes in the 1850s (numbers 806 & 808) it was later made into one large home and probably contained several apartments in the 1920s.

Most recently this was the Midtown Home, a home for aged and infirm patients. During renovations of the facade, it was revealed that the property was also once home to Sons of Italy. A large rear wing was added to house more occupants, but this was damaged in a fire. The rear wing was demolished in an effort to return the house to its original form and allow for additional parking for our employees. Renovations to the remaining structure were complete in May of 2001 and the building now houses our Financial division.

The property's interior is drastically different that than of Agora's other buildings due largely to the fact that almost no architectural elements of the original property remained. During extensive renovations, the interior of 808 was transformed into a contemporary warehouse-style environment with exposed brick and duct work. The property also features a coffee bar and rooftop deck for employees to enjoy.
